Spiritwood isn’t just about rewilding and restoring the local area to but we have another mission to help people to restore and reconnect to the environment in a number of holistic and natural ways.
We want everyone to experience the joy of giving back to mother nature by Tree Planting, helping out with the bees, learning about the sacred geometry that naturally abounds in our 150 acres of woodland where we are currently replacing non native species of trees with those indigenous to the British Isles. Temperate rainforest is rarer than the Amazon and needs to be protected, most people don’t realise that at one time in the distant past before the arrival of human beings these lands were entirely covered by temperate rainforests so vast that it was theoretically possible for a squirrel to travel from Land’s End in Cornwall to John O’Groats in Scotland.
Homeopathic Medicine.
Homeopathy, also known as homeopathic medicine, is a medical system that many people think is a recent invention of human kind, nothing could be further from the truth. The origins of Homeopathy reach back throughout the history of civilisation but have in the last 200 years become formally organised into a consistent and rational system for treating ailments in the body.
Homeopathy is extremely powerful, small amounts of natural substances are more than enough to stimulate the body’s own defences into better health and vitality.
We practice Regenerative Agriculture!
Regenerative agriculture is a conservation and rehabilitation approach to food and farming systems. We focuses on topsoil regeneration by increasing biodiversity, naturally improving the water cycle and supporting processes that support biosequestration thus making the land increasingly resilient to the long term effects of climate change. Everyone benefits from good soil.
